The Legging Bureau.

Take a new brand in a busy market. A market busy with way too much of the same. No ideas, no creativity in the design of the product, no use of design to enhance the (or play-down) certain leg shapes. And get that brand noticed. This case study is still in its infancy. This is a soup-to-nuts example. Naming, brand concept, visual identity, product design, advertising- digital and traditional. All efforts drive the consumer to the website, which I also created and is in the process of being upgraded (phase two).

The AVC Active Visual Contouring Concept::

AVC is a proprietary process The Legging Bureau utilizes to concept and create the designs for the one of a kind TLB leggings. Active Visual Contouring is the process by which the visual stimulus created by the dynamic legging designs alter the interpretation of perceived ‘imperfections’ in the body under the leggings. The result is a visually pleasing contouring of the butt, hips, thighs and calves. The Legging Bureau carefully studies the human form to implement these asymmetrical and content rich designs to help create the look and feel you are hoping for. Often the use of AVC is difficult to detect. The science could be a subtle shading to the side of the butt or a hint of a favorable leg bend at the bikini line and in combination with all creative elements working in random to draw the eye in the ‘right’ directions resulting is a strong and healthy visually contoured legs. Sold!
